Blaze Sports Group brings together a portfolio of youth sports and recreation businesses under a unified approach to leadership, operations, and long-term growth. We own and operate our facilities, pairing hands-on management with centralized business support so that each one can deliver an exceptional experience for athletes, families, and the communities we serve.
Our team oversees operations and facility management, business strategy and growth, marketing and customer acquisition, financial and administrative functions, and staff development across the organization.

Blaze Gymnastics
Established in 2012, Blaze Gymnastics offers preschool, recreational, and competitive gymnastics, along with tumbling, camps, and birthday parties for athletes and families throughout Central New York.

Blaze Launchpad
Cicero, New York
An indoor training facility for baseball, softball, and athletic performance, with batting cages, HitTrax, private instruction, camps, and clinics, plus youth performance programs powered by Parisi Speed School.
The Warrior Factory Syracuse
Camillus, New York
Ninja warrior obstacle training and family recreation, with classes, open play, birthday parties, camps, and competitive ninja training. Our independently owned and operated Syracuse franchise location.

Our Approach
Our Leadership
Derek Fein is the Founder and President of Blaze Sports Group Inc. He acquired Blaze Gymnastics in 2021, then expanded the portfolio with the acquisition of The Warrior Factory Syracuse in 2025 and the launch of Blaze Launchpad. Before entering youth sports, he worked in management consulting, and he holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Cornell University and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. A longtime advocate for youth development, Derek spent six years as a high school varsity tennis coach and is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, nine-time marathon finisher, and Ironman 70.3 triathlete.
